What information do we collect?
Advanced Financial Designs collects from you the necessary information to provide comprehensive financial planning, asset management and tax preparation services based on your needs. When you set up an account, we need to know your name, e-mail address, phone number, mailing address and any details of your current financial portfolio necessary to assist you with your financial plan.
How do we use it?
We use the information to complete any planning, asset management or tax preparation. If we help you with investments, an investment advisory agreement is signed with Advanced Financial Designs and a custody account is opened at a brokerage firm in your name. This authorizes AFD to implement transactions on your behalf. AFD does not assume custody of your funds or securities.
Will we disclose the information to outside parties?
Advanced Financial Designs does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. This information is for our private records only. We restrict access to your personal and account information to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you.
Is my portfolio information available to the public on your website?
No. Information in your financial portfolio is available only through a password-protected area, but is not available for anyone else to look at. Clients also receive monthly and quarterly statements as well as a quarterly newsletter by email.
